If you wish to exchange or return a product you have purchased, you have 14 days from the date of dispatch of your order to do so.
For products you have ordered through the e-shop, changes and returns can only be made through the e-shop, in accordance with our policy, as detailed below.
All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. For this reason they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of change.
Accessories are excluded from the return and exchange process for hygiene reasons.
The applicable change prices are 5 euros per shipment for the whole of Greece and 10 euros for Cyprus.
Each change is made through the courier company cooperating with us in order for the above prices to apply.
Product changes are done “hand to hand”. You inform us by phone about the product(s) you want to return, as well as with which one(s) you want them to be replaced. Afterwards, we will resend the package with the selected products to your door, by courier. You simply deliver the old package to the distributor and receive the new one.
DEFECTIVE product:
In the case of a defective product, you should contact us immediately in the manner indicated in order for us to deal with the issue and proceed – as the case may be – with either a refund of your money or a replacement without any charge to you, including shipping costs. The refund, in any case, will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase.
